Many insurance companies cover complementary therapies, we liase with insurance companies regularly and are able to provide invoices and necessary documentation for claims.

Referral Process
It is a legal requirement for therapists to gain veterinary consent for dogs with a medical condition/ for those requiring rehabilitation.
This is a simple process where we send a referral form to your vet to sign, and obtain full medical history. This allows us to liaise with your veterinary team and maintain an open line of communication so that we can work together to achieve the best possible care.
